Guest Information & House Notes
Water & Toilets It’s fine to flush toilet paper here, but please use it conservatively to help keep things running smoothly.
Electricity In Mexico, brief “brownouts” can happen. Power usually comes back within seconds, but you may need to reset a few items (like ceiling fans or the coffee pot timer).
Food & Amenities Make yourself at home — you’re welcome to enjoy any food, drinks, or shampoo that’s here.
Rooms & Extras
- The southernmost oceanfront room includes an electric blanket.
- The northernmost oceanfront room closet has floats, ocean chairs, toys, and umbrellas (best avoided on windy days).
- A kayak is available for your use — enjoy!
Laundry The washer is pre‑loaded with detergent and softener — no need to add more.
Lighting & Spa House lights are programmed to turn on at sunset and off at 9pm. You can also use the spa buttons to switch on pool or spa lights. Please remember to turn off the spa heater when you’re finished.

Maintenance Pool service comes twice a week for about 20 minutes. You may occasionally see a landscaper, though visits are rare.
A/C & Energy Use Electricity and water are precious in the desert. Feel free to keep the A/C cool while you sleep, but during the day we ask that you set it between 75–78°. Please keep the setting on fan auto (not fan on) to avoid freezing the unit. And if you open the sliders to enjoy the morning breeze, kindly turn off the A/C.
